Exchange and return policy:

You can exchange the product in the following cases:
1- Damaged or non-working electronic products
2- The product exchange is accepted if the product shown in the picture does not match the product sent.

Note: There is a refund for the amount paid.

- The product must be in its original condition with all labels.
You cannot exchange in the following cases:
- If the basic exchange period (30 days from the date of receipt) is exceeded
- If the product is not in its original condition or the labels are damaged and not in its original condition

Replacement warranty:

The product is replaced only once during the warranty period according to the customer's decision for a period of one or two years.

This service is an alternative service for a certain quantity of electronic devices and is either mentioned on the site or provided to the customer by the sales team.

The additional replacement warranty period for which the customer pays the fees according to the announcement or by the customer's knowledge from the sales department.
